 科研简介   

唐点平,教授,博士/硕士生导师,闽江学者特聘教授,德国洪堡学者2008年获西南大学分析化学专业博士学位,同年获德国洪堡奖学金资助,在德国慕尼黑工业大学从事博士后研究,2009年底回国,被聘为南粤26选5开奖结果闽江学者特聘教授,博士生导师。唐点平教授近年来主要从事纳米生物医药及纳米生物传感方面的研究,在肿瘤标志物检测、食品安全分析、环境监测等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的研究,并取得了一系列重要的研究成果,以第一作者或者通讯作者已在Angewandte Chemie International EditionNano EnergyACS NanoNano LetterAdvanced Functional MaterialsAnalytical ChemistryClinical Chemistry等国际权威刊物上发表SCI论文200多篇。先后主持多项国家级和省部级科研课题,2019-2021年入选中国高被引学者榜单,2021年入选化学学科全球高被引科学家2篇论文入选中国百篇最具影响力的国际学术论文。现为Biosensors & Bioelectronics 副主编 (Associate Editors)Biosensors & Bioelectronics X 主编 (Co-Editors-in-Chief) Frontiers in Chemistry综述编辑 (Review Editor), 以及Analytica Chimica ActaMicrochimica Acta Scientific Reports等杂志的国际编委 (2016-2018年曾担任美国 Analytical Chemistry 杂志编辑顾问委员)2010年获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖,2011年获福建省杰出青年基金,2013年获重庆市自然科学科学技术奖一等奖,2013年入选福建省引进高层次创业创新人才计划2014年入选世界百名最具影响力分析科学家荣誉称号。

近五年,本课题组主要围绕免疫分析中捕获抗体的固定方法、信标抗体的标记策略和固定载体等方面进行改进和创新,成功构建一系列新型免疫分析信号放大策略。具体学术成绩主要包括:(1) 在免疫传感探针构建方面:研制新型纳米材料,构建免疫传感界面,制备新型免疫传感探针,用于临床上肿瘤标志物及食品中生物毒素快速、灵敏的检测;(2) 在信标抗体标记技术研究方面:结合纳米标记和生物学技术放大策略,制备新型纳米标记探针,构型多重信号放大免疫分析策略;(3) 在免疫传感模式改进方面:结合物理学和化学生物学知识,构建新型免疫传感分析体系,实现对传统免疫分析模式的革新。
